HOW LONG UNTIL MY DELIVERY REACHES ME?
Please allow 1-4 weeks for your order to be made.
All items & pieces are made to order by 1 person. I try my best to make dispatch as quick as i can.
If it will be a longer wait time, it will be stated in the announcement bar at the top of the website & depend on the volume of orders I have.
DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?
We offer refunds if a product has been deemed faulty and an alternative solution cannot be reached to solve the problem.
WHAT IF I NEED MY CORSET FOR A CERTAIN EVENT THAT IS CLOSE?
If you have an event coming soon and are unsure if it will reach you in time, please email me or use the live chat feature to get in touch. Most times I can accomodate a quicker dispatch time.
CAN I CANCEL OR AMEND MY ORDER?
If your order has not yet been started getting made you are able to request a cancellation. You will be issued with a refund for the value of the item/s you would like to cancel. If you have any questions please email our team at coastalmuseaus@gmail.com .
If you have forgotten anything in regards to your order, please email and we can change it for you.
