All orders are made to order. Processing times can range from 1-4 working weeks depending on order volume.

Returns Policy

Thank you so much for supporting Peta Jane Studio, I hope you love your handmade item. As my designs are made-to-measure, I am unable to accept returns or exchanges as every item is specifically made to your unique measurements. 

Our fabrics are of very limited quantities. In some cases there is only enough to make one corset or stay, to remake an item is sometimes just not possible. 

To prevent this happening please make sure to measure yourself accurately using our helpful tips guide. For any further assistance with sizing please contact us at petajanestudio@gmail.com or use our live chat system for on demand assistance.

If an item is faulty:Whilst we quality control all clothing before dispatched, if you receive a faulty item, please email us or contact us via the form on our website within 2 days of the date your order was delivered. An image will be required before your claim is processed. 

Any faulty items will be replaced with a new corset or additionally we will pay to have the garment repaired and sent back to you.

Please note: once an item has been worn or used, we are not liable for any damage caused (e.g. wear and tear).

Please double check your delivery details when finalising your order. We are not liable for any inaccurate delivery information provided.

If you fail to provide the correct delivery details we are not required to refund you.

Any customs fees or taxes you may incur when the parcel is delivered are your responsibility. Please check your countries fees for any oversees parcels, your corset is shipped from Queensland, Australia. 

If you chose to reject any customs fees and the item is returned to us, we cannot refund you in this instance.

If a parcel is successfully delivered by the shipping provider (and the tracking shows this), any queries you have relating to the delivery, once the status shows the parcel has been delivered, must be chased up with the relevant shipping provider.

If you miss a delivery, it is your responsibility to rearrange another delivery via Australia Post website. If the parcel is returned to us, you will be required to pay another postage fee for us to resend the parcel out to you. We cannot refund you in this instance.
